A Non-dull Moment!

#1

During an english lesson, my brother had to write the 'plural of hello'.  Do you know what he put down,  'Hi'.

There's never a dull moment!

My new cousin...

I have a new cousin! His name is Lane.  He was born yesterday around 3PM.  My family went to see him when they went to AWANA.  I don't know the exact facts, but he was around 8lbs.

Moriah and Lane

He is soooo very adorable!  Please pray for my Aunt who is not feeling very well, please pray that Lane sleeps through the night.

SPRING!!!

I am very excited, the little girls found the first flower!  Well, here at our place anyway.

We have these everywhere in our yard!

They are called Jumping Jacks, and they aren't called that for nothing!

They jump and jump, if you don't catch them, they grow like weeds!

F-U-N!!!

On Friday we went to a home school conference!  I'll post more on that later!

On our way there.  I am in the back reading.

Well, we got to our hotel by 2:00PM, so we went swimming at the super duper water park!!  It was very fun, and of course I got to wear my new MODEST swimsuit!

The finished products

Some friends came a little bit later, I wish I had pictures of us swimming with them, but no.

The water park!

Moriah coming down the yellow slide.  The fastest one was the purple one in the middle.  It only took 15 seconds to go down.  Of course it went outside and looped all around! It was fun!  The yellow slide felt like the second fastest, but it took 25 seconds to go down.  The orange slide, to the far right, took 25 seconds also, but it was a little more tame!

The girls swimming under the mushroom!

Moriah sliding down the toad!

We could never get Lena to go down any of the kiddie slides!

That was a blast! Enjoy!

Symphony...

Yesterday was the last concert for Jordan and me.  It was actually kind of sad.

Jordan and Me (Jordan is a senior so she got a flower pinned on her shirt)

My group packing up to leave the stage, with some guy in the way, sorry :)

We played,

Paladio-Karl Jenkins

Viva La Vida-Coldplay

                      arr. Moore

The Elephant from Carnival of the Animals-Saint-Saens

                                                         arr. Bell

The Crisis-Ennio Morrine

              arr. Shogren

I See You (Theme song from Avatar)- James Horner

                                                           arr. Longfield

And my ultimate favorite,

Blue Grass Bingo- Bruce Chase

Jordan and her conductor, Mrs. Capistran (Unfortunately, my conductor up and left with his daughters after the concert so I missed a picture with him.)

Grandpa, Me, Jordan and Grandma

Afterwards we treated Grandpa and Grandma to Pizza Hut pizza! But one of my brothers decide to eat ten cookies after the show and couldn't eat hardly any pizza!!

What a blast!
